being an islander i must say its not too bad at all the winter's here vary storm wise but the summers make up for it lol guess ya have to take the good with the bad , but other then that its a pretty good little spot : )

LIve in Norway now but there is no place like PEI . Heading over next month, after telling friends and family that we would be there for a week and would like to see them, I`m pretty sure the Island and all it`s charms, great seafood, beaches and 32 golf courses was the clincher.

I suspect the winters are a bit harsher than people let on, but I'd think PEI would be a pretty interesting place to retire to.
