Matt Kenseth #17 Killer Bees Pit Crew Practice

I'm a total noob to this nascar thing but these pit crews have always impressed me! Do the tires have nuts?

Lug nuts are glued onto the rims before a race (or practice, in this instance). It's a stretchy kind of glue that breaks once the air wrench starts to turn it down onto the stud.

I gotta say that it requires more technique to be a pit crew member in nascar than it is in f1.. and I'm a big f1 fan, but the tire changing dude is just amazing.. left hand still screwing the new tire, right hand rolls the old one to the pitwall.. amazing.. :)
