Part 3: Examples of Malicious Ingredients

Please see part 2 before watching this video, this is a continuation of the topic in that video.

The ingredients covered are hydrogenated oils, MSG, and sugars.

Forgive the technical error occurring at around the 4-minute mark; Windows Movie Maker is being lame and I can't correct it.

Here is the promised source listing many different ingredient names under which MSG can or definitely does occur:

  • I can't believe my family let me eat so many cookies as a child. I definitely avoid trans fats if possible, if there's a label for the food I'm eating.

  • Trans fat is the worst that anyone can eat for their health. It is bad for clogging the arteries. I used to eat some foods that had trans fat in them when I was younger, but as I got older and took care of my health more, I avoided trans fats completely.
