DRS is needed or else it would just be another episode of "follow the leader" for 50+ laps like in 2010 so just enjoy the show.

@calibrator222 Vettel also can win without the best car. (Monza 2008) Same with Raikkonen (Spa 2009). Do you want more examples?

for me alonso is the best driver in f1 at the moment ! the fferarri will not be the fastest car in 2012 but alonso will still win races :-)

lol it was the first time they'd implemented the DRS so there's gonna be some people annoyed with it. That's why for the 2012 season they are putting in rules as to how wide the rear wing can open and how long each DRS zone is
But i love DRS, i think its great for Formula 1 because its injected the sport with a lot more action. Thats not to say that it was boring when DRS wasnt available in previous years but i think overall the DRS was a success and it will be even better in 2012

Alonso had the fastest car (in a straight line) of 2011, with KERS and DRS. Very artificial overtake.
