Bass Cover - AFI - Fainting Spells

I made up a basic bass part for the verses so it's at least a little less boring :) I look kind of fat in this but it's just because I'm wearing two shirts, so ignore that :P What else to say? Not much. Did this one by ear, the tab is here http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/a/afi/fainting_spells_btab.htm. I have the beginning of the bridge wrong, but couldn't figure it out properly so close enough. This is a really good song, a bit different for AFI but I absolutely love it. I think that's it. Peace.

Sounds like you also need to get a life if the best thing you have to do is hang around and watch videos of music you don't even like, and then take the time to let everyone know you don't like it. Bravo.

Your covers are pretty good, but they don't really have any character to them. It seems like you're not really into the song or you're not feeling it in some songs. Try to develop your own sound, the songs don't have to be exactly like they are on the record. Overall pretty good though, it's pretty tough figuring out AFI's stuff. I play guitar and all those layers that Jade plays make it really tough.

Wow! You are awesome! I play bass, too. I love the bass parts on the final "til we die" part and I think you did a great job figuring them out. Something I play a little differently (If you're bored during the chorus) is when you play the E on I'M THE DEVOUT I also throw in a little high G fill before going down to the low C then G. I think it sounds nice. But you're doing a gerat job, keep playing. I love your covers.
