We are still in our "infintile stages" in the YOUTUBE World, but we have been trying to share some of what we do with the World outside of our Athlete's Fitness Shop.

This is very basic - 13 Athlete's from "Our Team" performing a 120YD gasser for time at the conclusion of a 1 hour Speed & Conditioning Workout.
The "Gassers" or "Striders" are performed under a certain time based on your sport's position or shape & size. We have two groups normally - "Clydesdales" and "Thoroughbreds."

We limit this hour to 14 Good Energy Athlete's so we can continue to teach movement and running mechanics without too many participants and give the Athlete's a hard 1 hour of Conditioning. We want quality reps whether it is a cone drill or gasser & the Bottom Line is that our Athlete's Train Hard!
