Amazing! I've being trying to meditate for over 20 years (without success...). It's such a relief knowing that I won't be any less spiritual if I just stick to appreciating more and more... That took a heavy burden off my shoulders.. Thanks Abraham, Esther, Jerry and the Universe!!!
