yes, they do have the best kicks & the uniforms are what makes them rangerettes... and the officers worked hard to get the honor of leading such an amazing team and they deserve to dance up front....like i said without those things they wouldnt be the rangerettes

I am a girl who supports the Rangeretes fully, and knows that people like you don't understand drill team, so please just keep the rude comments to yourself.

@Rette78 I assume by your comment you are either a coach/parent or not good enough to dance yourself. If the girls in front are no better or no worse than the rest of them - get in line with the rest of the team. I say again, With the level of dance training these girls have they should have no trouble kicking without watching dancers in front, especially with almost no choreography & formation changes. I hope the team doesn’t pick up your attitude, learn to take constructive criticism. FIN

I am around the Rangerettes everyday of my life. Every field practice, every football game, EVERYTHING.

Their kicks ARE high. Trust me I've seen them.

And those girls in the white, are no better/worse than the rest of them.

But they're leading a big team, and they deserve the recognition that they're getting.

So if they're distracting, just keep your thoughts to yourself.

@Rette78 Don't be so defensive, you're obviously either a fan or a dancer yourself. Learn to take constructive criticism. The girls in front are distracting & should be no better/worse than other girls on the team. If they are as good as you claim they should have no trouble kicking without watching dancers in front. I've seen plenty of teams that don't do that and they look great. With the absence of actual dance choreography & formation changes in this routine, their kicks should be high.

@sylviepete aaaaaaheeeeeeeeeeem. Yes they do haave the best kicks, and uniforms.. but those girls in white, the ones who are so-called 'distracting' work their little butts off keep 70+ girls in check. they deserve to be up in the front, wearing white, and this is a high kick routine. not a production. they don't need formation changes, ESPECIALLY if they are WORLD FAMOUS. so remember that when they distract you.

well considering that i was on drill team in high school. the officers are always on a row by themselves and when they perform a kiccline. it is tradition for the not to link up and be able to hold their own weight as officers. they arent distracting. that is like saying at a concert the dancers distract you from the performer. if u cant focus on the whole entire performance that is not the rangerettes fault....toots
