Counter-Strike Source Happy Camper

This is how to get Summer camp: happy camper in Counter-strike source.
First start css then create a server.
turn cpus on and dont allow them to use any weapons.
choose to join Terrorists
Wait until you can afford the cheapest sniper, buy it run to a bombsite then plant the bomb.
Stand still zoom and wait until they come to defuse bomb when they come snipe them. and boom you get the achivement
