30 lbs .... woo to da whoo... I feel ya. It took me about a week or longer to get down 30 adn then .. dah da dah da ... I gained and now im about .4 away from 30 lbs again. Grrrr... I know it can be frustrating but you did it! P3 is YUM ... I was away from home my whole p3 on my first round (on round 2 now). It can be done P3 but I def wouldnt do p2 away. too stressful. Have a good trip and you are going to luv you some fat ... trust that! I had a feta frenzy and also loved omelets!

Thanks, T. :) I'm behind on my updates, my computer with the attached webcam is in for repairs.

I actually did love P3, for all of 9 days. Then I stepped on the scale and saw that I was up 10 lbs, and hopped right back on P2. Now I'm 1.5 lbs away from being back at 30 lbs, hoping to hit that mark tomorrow morning! So I feel your frustration there!

We have had some similarities, haven't we? I'll have to go catch up on your vids now!

I use Windows Movie Maker to edit my videos and add the pictures before uploading it to youtube.

If you don't have WMM, I know some people use OneTrueMedia(dot)com. :)

so how are you doing now? weight wise how much more have you lost ? 1 to 10 how hard has it been? 1 to 10 what is the likelyhood of you keeping up the weight management? mentally and emotionally how much space does this stuff take up? seems consuming what do you think?
