  • Wonder why it's higher in Quebec? The cold weather?

Marriage is the main factor in the high divorce rate - not farting.

  • As you know, a lot of people don't even bother with the official marriage anymore, but relationships that last a lifetime are rare anyway you look at it.

  • @thetruthergirls "relationships"? In 1850, the first marriage licenses appeared in the U.S.—would you say that, before 1850, the couples were married or weren't married; or, was the condition of "The State" granting license / permission to marry, . . . and necessarily, all those little consequential "crumb grabbers" running around, an actual beginning of the NW0 mind control—unless the people have a license for the same, as to married or no, lacking the license, they know not whether?

  • @phillipgaley No, I agree with you. Whether you are married or not has nothing to do with government approval. I don't have a marriage 'license' but I consider myself married. Only downfall to not having on is i.e. if your spouse is in the hospital, you have no say on how their treatment goes, may not even be allowed to visit. Things like that.

  • @thetruthergirls With a simple power of attorney recorded with a letter of intent showing the purpose, any sort of downside which you might example is easily rectified, . . .

  • @phillipgaley goood to know cuz that worries me

  • You should have told "her" that you are now committed to paying your "Fart Credits" to the NWO's Department of Flatulence Change.

That way your relationship may have warmed up in exactly the same way that the planet isn't!

  • It is a consequence of living in a disposable society. Disposable goods, disposable, people, and disposable marriages.

  • Relationships don't last a lifetime because people are narcisstic and self centered. They want perfection, total control and when the chips are down, the selfish spouse skips town. it isn't about real love, it's about "what can you do for me." Marriage is a dysfunctional institution based on archaic ideals of ownership.

  • Maybe it is. I hear it was 75% in Quebec.
