I don't know exactly how it's done, but I've seen one of the Excel spreadsheets that someone was using before. That would allow them to run the script, see who has unsubbed, and go re-sub to them."

no whats the point of having subscribers that don't watch your videos O_o. If you have 4,000 subscribers and only 500 of them watch your videos,it just makes you look bad.

Hey, I do not know about anyone else, but I only sub someone if I like their videos and I only want people to sub to me if they like my videos, of which i do work very hard on. Many days in some cases. I also have noticed that 95% of the "popular" people on Youtube don't give those that actually work for views, the time of day. Exception: HappySlip definitely rocks. Love your videos - All of the people you mentioned have subscribed to my channel in return i subscribed to them , I watch & comment on their videos but not once have they ever done the same ! Today they will lose my subscription . THANKS FOR EXPOSING THE CHEATERS !!!
