@darknid158 Yeah it should be. I've been playing the regular edition for the last two weeks fully patched. And I don't recall encountering any bugs. So it should be the same for the ultimate edition.

They did that in Fallout 3 with expansion content.
And Bethesda wasn't responsible for New Vegas, Obsidian was (and still is).
