How to skin a freshly killed chicken. This is much healthier and cleaner than plucking the feathers. It also gets rid of the fatty unhealthy skin. This bird is not very large as it was only 8 weeks old. But it was home grown and ate what it could around the yard as well as the grains given it.

  • that chicken has got massive cancer lumps

  • @hayden50 Good point!

  • The way I see it. Young small chickens just skin em. Plucking aint worth the trouble. But it is for a large roaster!

  • I like the flavor from the skin but it was a pretty good video. luv the ending LOL

  • @NotSoSilentBob2627 yep Yummy :-)

  • Wow that was really instructive, I had never done it that way, my grandma only teach me to boil water and get it done! and by the way, People in USA are the only ones that do not eat the chicken feet! the rest of the world they make the best dishes of those parts

Thanks for sharing and give people a little check of reality!

  • @Bently100 Just think about all the favorite foods you like made of meat.. Yeah disturbing.

  • hmm, that is a bit different, just a thought, you might try hanging the chicken by the legs next time, I am thinking that would make the job of butchering easier. I hang them up by their legs, cut the head off and then skin them, leaving the insides for last, I do keep a bag near by to let everything drop into and so forth (gizzards are the best), your video was pretty good though.

  • Thanks! Never knew all of that...

  • Funny, thanks for the video real info
