Use this walkthrough to scare away the miners, using the guru's hijacking skills. Just when the plan is going well, Carmelita will appear, and accidentally wear the mask that makes people gigantic. Now you'll have to improvise, as Sly eventually shimmies up Carmelita's giant body, tearing off the mask and saving the crew once again. When you've driven the miners away, you can check out the Ending Cinematic.

This is it, the plan to drive the miners out of town once and for all, saving the pristine Australian outback from their environmental depredations. Start off by controlling the guru. Listen to Bentley's instructions, then get busy. Hijack the first guard you find, and run him up to the machine marked by your waypoint. Be sure to jump off before the guard hits the machine, to avoid sustaining damage in the crash. Once you've gotten your first hit in, head off to find another guard, and do it again. You need to hit the machine three times to destroy it. Remember to jump off before the crash.In the following cutscene, Murray will succeed in dislodging the mask from its host, only to see it bond with Carmelita Fox. The giant cop will head off, enraged, chasing down Sly with everything she's got. Taking control of Bentley, fire down from your sniper's nest, hitting Carmelita with a bunch of stun darts. You need to put her to sleep before she stomps Sly flat. After you've landed a few hits, the plan will change.When you find yourself driving along, controlling the crane, get busy scooping up the debris that drops continuously down, and hurling it at the hulking cop lady, You need to keep her back, or she'll do damage to the truck in her rage. The only way to do that is to hit her with rocks constantly, so move fast, and aim carefully.Giving up on escape, Sly will finally decide on a more direct approach. When you gain control, run right at Carmelita, dodging her blasts along the way. When you reach Fox, who's grown to truly epic proportions, climb up this colossus via the points along her boots, legs, and back, all the way up to her head. There, smack one side of the mask to dislodge it. Back on the ground, get ready to do the same thing again, this time taking out the other side of the mask. Once you've done that, the giant Fox will finally fall.

Bentley: Finally the darts are starting to kick in or not. The chemicals in my darts must somehow be interacting with the mask to make her even bigger!
