Ok, as an attorney, I can say this video made MANY mistakes.
First, they can only frisk you if they have a basis to believe you are armed and DANGEROUS. But if they do, you CANNOT REFUSE.
If cops approach you and ask you things, just ask them one thing: AM I BEING DETAINED?
If the answer is "NO," then WALK AWAY IMMEDIATELY.
If the answer is "YES," then you say "I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY, UNTIL I TALK TO A LAWYER."
If they arrest you, say "I WANT TO TALK TO A LAWYER."
NOTHING MORE!
