The Bulls put on a 3 point clinic in this game...especially in the third quarter where they buried the Pistons. Most of the 4th was garbage time.

  • When people try & pull that "watered down" argument, I ALWAYS mention that 1996 & '97, 10 of 29 teams in the league won 52+ games, That's 34.5%, the highest % EVER in league history.

Shit MJ & the bulls beat "7" 60+ win teams in their 6 ring seasons. Shaq & kobe only beat "1" during their title years & Magic's Lakers also only beat "1" 60+ win teams.

When competitive eras are discussed & detractors try to discredit the bulls era, I mention these things & they get REAL quiet LOL!!

  • People just cant believe how great this team was and i mean TEAM.

  • @1:10 lmao God bless and RIP James Jordan

  • @blackadam06 This.

Those Orlando and Seattle teams they met in the East Finals and NBA Finals were no slouches. Any other year, they'd have been the favorites. It was bad timing that they peaked when the Bulls had this peak.

  • @blackadam06 great stuff.

  • @KilroyLEGEND Damn right, No Zooms, Foamposites, or AdiZero's will ever come anywhere near the looks of a IV, or VI let alone a 11...

  • @tmilatos Easily. They were functional, light, great durability (which is all but gone from modern cheaply made Nikes) ... and the looks was just so fresh. I mean look at them out there. Now everyone goes with bright colors to get noticed. These were just white, black, and ice clue soles. Goes with home and away uniform and just looks so CLASSY.

  • @blackadam06 Those are solid facts my friend...72-10 nuff sed!

  • dang i didnt know houston played for detroit.

  • @BarstoolBlues33 The differences were that Hill didnt have time to reach his full potential. Grant was a better slasher/driver to the basket. Pippen was a better defender and had mroe range. But Grant could have become a much better shooter and defender. Unfortunately, injuries took away Grant's true potential.

  • My main problem with these Pippen and Hill comparisons was that it was all stats...when it came down to it...Grant Hill was a good defender, maybe even very good at his best....but Scottie Pippen was a genius, an all nba, all world all time probably the greatest perimeter defensive player of all time. Hill just can't beat that.

  • After all these years the 11's are STILL the best basketball shoes!!!
