I looked at how much ram but it still said 4 gb, also how do you get to disk utility, also I just figures out more problems with my computer. Now the multitouch on the trackpad doesn't work at all (zooming in in iPhoto, safari, and rotating photos). Also my computer won't go to sleep at all, and it has a super slow startup. There are a Lot of problems, do you know if apple will fix this ( I have 3 years of apple care) thx so much!

Hey,
I would turn it on and click the apple in the upper-left corner and click About This Mac. Make sure it still shows 4GB of RAM. If it doesn't, you'll need to turn it off and reseat the RAM (by removing the RAM door in the battery compartment.) That should restore the speed. If not, run Disk Utility and click Repair Disk Permissions.
