Aberdeen Fishing Village, Hong Kong

A travel video showing the famous Aberdeen Fishing Village of Hong Kong. Among several things, Aberdeen Fishing Village is known for Hong Kong's best sea food restaurant "Jumbo" housed in a huge 4 or 5 storied boat. Jumbo was one of the places for location shooting of the James Bond movie "Goldfinger" starring Sean Connery.

Great videos! Enjoying the trip through your videos. I visited HK twice 12 years apart many many many years ago! It has changed! I had lunch at the Old Repulse Bay Hotel with a friend. Sad the second time I visited they had demolished the historic hotel all that was left were the concrete steps. Now the place is barely recognizable. Progress? :)

@weeknightingale Aberdeen Fishing Village itself will not exist much longer - that is what our tour guide told us. They are going to fill the bay area as part of land reclamation and build on that reclaimed land. That is called DEVELOPMENT! lol. Thanks for watching my videos. Did you see my China travel videos?
