The cliff and ladder are most likely Southpoint about 1/2 way between Pahoa and Kona. Near Waiohinu and Naalehu. Aloha,

Aloha. Thanks for your interest in off the grid living. Composting toilets are the best for off grid living and rain water catchment is what we use here for water. You can watch Farming Carmen, that's on my channel "FashionFarmerHawaii". It shows a little bit more on the water catchment system we have.
