President Clinton Breaks Ground on a New Hospital in Burera

In Rwanda, President Clinton helps break ground for construction of the first and only hospital in the Burera District of northern Rwanda. Burera is the first district targeted in a plan to vastly improve rural health care in Rwanda.

I think Paul Farmer's work is great. I have admired him for many years. What he achieved in Haiti is amazing. I hope he has great success in Rwanda.
