  • Well i work it out through calories really, but for example, when i dieted last year i sticked to around 150gs of carbs per day, which is really low but it did the trick for me nicely. When i bulk i eat around 500+ carbs a day. hope this helps :)

  • Hey man, how many carbs a day are you supoposed to take it per pound of bodyweight normally? and when you bulk?
