Me doing some very effective bicep workouts out there.
55-pound bicep curl machine.
25-pound dumbells.
60-pound barbell curl with preacher bench which makes it harder on biceps.

  • I'm not here to hate like others but man, at this age you shouldn't be doing things like "biceps workout" ..you should do basic routines for the bigger part of you body like pushups pullups squats

  • you know that if you do the biceps curl machine too fast, you wont gain as much muscle strength as if you did go slower.
