We are fed with poisons that are worth billions of dollars to manufacturers, food industry and government. We are being systematically lied, chemically dumbed down and poisoned. There is no heath care but sick care nowadays. Learn why you can't trust food manufacturers nor the FDA/TGA. Your health can't come second to anything. Be smart!

  • so ive been chewing gum with aspartame for awhile.....

how much of this stuff does it take to cause a problem?

  • Unfortunately any amount of aspartame we consume is gonna cause problems at least at the cellular level.

The more we consume it the more evident cellular deterioration will show in the form of sings and symptoms like the ones I mentioned in the video.

How fast you'll start experiencing symptoms will also depend on your liver and kidneys ability to detoxify it which is an unnecessary added stress on them that can damage them in time.

Try chewing gum with xylitol. Ur teeth and body will thank you!

  • So something WILL happen even if I stop? Sometimes i get minor headaches but thats it...

  • If you stop your body will detoxify it completely in time and you should be fine then. What you want to avoid is any permanent damage. As I mentioned, excitotoxins like aspartame can put cells such as your brain cells in overdrive and cause them to fire rapidly till they get permanently damaged or die. Your brain cells are the only cells in your body that cannot regenerate once they die they are gone forever.

Id say look for another kind of gum if you are already experiencing symptoms.Cheers!

  • Okay thanks for answering my questions. I just ordered some Zapp gum and I may order some GleeGum. They are aspartame free and Zapp is sweetened by xylitol.

And ill definitally stay away from diet coke/any other drink with aspartame.

  • That's excellent mate!

Glad I could give you some useful info =)

  • thank you for this knowledge

  • @LifeMattersChannel Why not just go with good ol' regular sugar, just in smaller amounts? I've read that xylitol is actually a sugar alcohol, so it has to be detoxed by your liver like an alcohol. To me, this means the liver treats xylitol like other poisons, and should probably be avoided. And when I say use regular sugar I mean organic, non-GMO sugar, not that frankenfood stuff =)

  • @LifeMattersChannel I found info on brain cell regeneration: Salk Institute, California, 1998 - showed that they do regenerate, but the 'information' contained in the dead cell is lost forever (memory loss).

  • Why is their so many conflicting information about E951 on the net? some sites saying that studies have found it to be harmless ? :S

  • Wonderfull words of advise. You look in excellent condition of health and it just show's you know what your talkign about! keep it up.

  • I stoped Diet coke a Week ago and the withdraws are Hell

  • Wow, ty for this.

So sad you only have 844 views, it should be over 10 million.

  • that toilet has an intense flush!

  • Great video. Thank you for taking the time.

ps - Xylitol is nicer too =)

  • Producer of Aspartame, Searle, used to have Donald

Rumsfeld as a CEO. As Secretary of Defence his behavior was said to border on the bazaar. He was always a wild man but I think it was worsened by all those empty bags of Splenda laying all over the floor and in all the draws of his desk. I don't know if it got that bad but Aspartame might have pushed him over

the edge & gotten him "relieve" (kicked out) of

his position which happened under Bush.
