It's a Pimm's cup. 1 part Pimm's #1, add it to a jug and ice, add 3 parts lemonade, then a cool cucumber, orange and strawberry, then drop a mint sprig on top.

@EloisePoltergeist Well, if you look at it in (cynical) terms of an advertising checklist demographics it's:
Pimms: upper class males
Jug: working class males
Ice: ethnic minorities
Lemonade: young single females
Cucumber: young single males
Orange and strawberry: mature females with hubby's disposeable income
Mint: forces, or ex-forces
Most people in britain will fall into one of these categories at least. so why lemonade? to represent 'bubbly' young women.
