My son and I have adhd..I know eat wrong and I want to start eating good....see where that gets me with my adhd.

ADHD contributed to by what they are eating, Like food colorings, ear infections contributed to by vaccines and pasteurized milk.

very interesting. it just shows you that doctors are not very good at helping children with behaviour problems. You're son wasn't even hearing properly, and that wasn't picked up on. they just put it down to him being autistic. he was acting out because he was frustrated about not being able to hear or communicate.
It'S amazing that they improved so much with diet changes.

PLEASE JOIN MY GROUP Y'ALL " How Psychiatric Drug Affects Our Children" the bigger the group the more children we could save!! Let's do it! The Big Pharma, Doc's, Government etc... is not going to drug our children no longer!

It is good that you are taking the bull by the horns and being proactive with them. The same institutions that poisoned these kids originally, (vaccines) are the ones who are using them for guinea pigs. Don't let it happen, dairy itself is full of anti-biotics. Lead and Mercury both from vaccines. How do you get your child tested? Who does the tests? Can you do it at home? Also Stevia is a nutritional supplement that is 300x sweeter than sugar. You can grow it, and crush the leaves and sprinkle.

Hi Deborah, Stimulants are must especially for patients who have Aspergere or in the Autism spectrum. Peace

@BeYeaY Larry Here. I shot the video, and know quite a bit about ADD/ADHD. Stimulants speed up processing through weak and disorganized neurological pathways, so yes, stimulants will help produce better processing. But, they are not the only treatment method. A better approach is to repair the defective neurological pathways. That can be done through dietary change, supplements, and working with someone from The HANDLE Institute. Google The HANDLE Institute for more info.

I've heard that ADHD/ ADD is a genetic disorder. How can regulating the diet help in combating it. Please help as I've gone through a long and a very painful life so far.

@monkerf Western medicine labels everything a "genetic disorder." It's not. It's a processing problem that often starts in the vestibular system. Diet affects neurotransmitters, and wrong diet causes more harm to the neurotransmitters. The brain (just like the rest of the body) requires proper nutrition for better function. If you'd really like to conquer ADD/ADHD, or at least significantly reduce it, I highly recommend reading Deborah's book and then doing what the experts recommend.
