I was thinking today, Ya know i always try to rush my weight loss and it works 50-50 sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. But anyways I was thinking what do i want to lose weight for like what events? Well i know I wanna be at least half way to my goal. (100 pounds in all.)
But anyways.
So I want to this nice and slow, cause i have alot to lose and I dont want alot of extra skin everywhere. So do it over 5 months or so. (5 months or less!!) So thats an average of 10 pounds a month which is perfectly healthy cause thats what? 2.5 pounds a week? We can all do that!! All it takes is a lifestyle change. Not a diet dont call it a diet! That will make you mind think its temporary. and besides one you do lose the weight you want to what will you do go back to the way you were eating? Thats kinda why your "fat" now.
Also were going to break this challenge up into smaller challenges
But i digress...

Ok so how to do this weight loss thing

1.You have to set up your stats. this means write out your Current weight, Challenge goal weight (ill explain), Ultimate goal weight, and your measurements.
2. Find out what your sin foods are. Like Sugars, breads etc. (mines is sugar...the stuff si liek crack!!!) LOL.
3. Get a new eating life style (not diet) change how you eat. Dont go for the Big Mac if you go to McDonalds (which i dont recommend but hey sometimes you gotta.) get a side salad with lemons instead of that dressing.
4. Get a workout plan. Cardio is the most important!!! 20-40 minutes a day off cardio iss good you gotta get your heart rate up. so even if its going for a half hour walk or run its all good. do Cardio everyday. You dont need a gym membership to do it. Just walk around a park or your block i recommend doing a mile everyday.
5. Weight training is good too! dont do it everyday though like everyother day this isnt neearly as important as cardio.
6. Remember a moment on the lips forever on the hips!!! (well sort of) think about that if you feel like you want to eat fatty foods. Just put it down.
7. Get a support team! Yeah i know you could do it alone but its better with more people, also make your plan known put yourself on the line.
8. Also start a food diary, wrote down everything you eat and drink even if its water.

hmmmm well i think thats all for now.

This 50 in 5 challenge will be broken up into smaller challenges. (i gotta come up with a catchy name) (oh and start date August 1 end date January 1 i guess it would be)
Anyways so our first challenge will begin August 1.
So i will need you to post your stats, it dont matter where your at. Dont be embarrassed either. Tell you what i'll post mines ill put myself out there. In my next note or maybe ill do a video. IDK yet. also do you guys think i should create a group? i have youtube channel we can do too. Let me know what yall wanna do.


So going over dates.
Challenge 1- august 1- 31
Challenge 2-September 1-30
Challenge 3- October 1-31
Challenge 4 - November 1- 30
Challenge 5- December 1-31

Ok so you got it? Good. So we got a little while before our first challenge we can do a mini challenge if you guys want to also. Lets let 2009-2010 be the year we are all sexy!!! For those of us seniors lets let by the end of the year be where we wanna be. So for those senior trips we can rock those sexy bathing suits and what not and have a great body in them
Great Body= Great Mind. Before the challenge starts ill send you guys some sample work out plans and food plans too.

Oh and i almost forgot one last rule!!!
NO STARVING YOURSELF!!!! Portion control, yes. Starving yourself, no!! If i findd that anyone is they will be kicked out our challenge.

Also challenge winners will get something special from me!!! (oohhhhh prizes!!)

So ok thats enough of me talking (shut up fran!!!) So who is in??? Who wants to be sexy and fit? who is sick of being over weight or whatever you call it (i call it fat! lets not sugar coat it thats how we got fat!!).

P.S- I know there will be some haters like well your still fat, well to them honey i have lost a total of about 30 pounds or so since like March (not perfect but i know what im doing now!!)

    Im starting my challenge today as well....I'm already down 50LBS...and I gave up for about a year...so now that my daughter is older I can start back up again...I wanna lose about 60 more...here we go :) Good luck hunny
