C.I.S had a parlement of there members, who acted faster and in the better intrests of the people, also backing the C.I.S is the fact they held little for the ways for companys and banks, it just happend to be run by an evil guy who hired evil generals to make them look evil.

@Temarinecromancer I wouldn't say General Grievous wasn't truly "evil" because he actually had a legitimate reason to slaughter Jedi and the Republic, for revenge against the atrocities inflicted on the Kaleesh by the Republic.

The CIS were a bunch of corporatists. I don't think they were even trying to be communist, let alone succeeding at it.

@rjwqiup That is not to say, Bonteri was a special case she had contacts with the Republic and threatend the plans of Dooku and Sidious. Many Senators and former politicians in the Republic where also assassinated when they appeared to be a threat to Sidious plans.

They may have had a Congress but it had no real power it the Congress did not vote the way Dooku wanted them to the Congressmen/woman who voted in opposition were killed see Star wars the Clone Wars Heroes on both Sides
