groove I came up with whilst messing around (I never practice... I just noodle. A disease I'm trying to cure!) Once again, loop the chords, play around with it, upload.... Maybe I should try and write a tune! (HA)

  • GOOD GOD! Do you guys hear how groovy that shit is!? HOLY HELL. Listen to those ghost notes between the chords of the loop, oh my gosh such a sick vibe to this tune.

  • very good man, very good, , im interested though....how did you got into paying a six string bass?

  • again, fantastic playing man. I can't get a handle on your approach. It's probably b/c you're light years ahead of me. My fav lick was the one just before 1min...are you using 3 fingers?

I've worked a little bit on your thumb index middle technique, but i haven't been able to get it useful just yet.

if you ever come over to the east coast to do a show, put out a bulletin everywhere!!! As long as the tickets aren't more than $50, i'll be there!! >:-D

  • Heck yeah that helps! Thanks!

  • All of my Zons have curved (radiused) pickups... It keeps my attack even and gives me consistent playing surface everywhere on the bass. If nothing else, a radiused ramp in between the pickups would work well. I made my first ramp with some help from a friend with a wood shop and used double sided tape to attach it to the bass. Hope that helps!

  • Greetings Mr. Erskine,

This is fantastic as usual, Thanks for improving an old dog.

    Peace and good health,
