Wow, this is beautiful. Since I'm not French I couldn't understand the words, but the emotion in her voice is stunning. I translated the lyrics in the dooblydoo and they are so different from the English ones. I feel like they emphasize different things and the English one is more subtle, but I like the French ones much better.

What could I expect! I have most of Rose's LP's and CD's. Her voice is unbeatable, and I never heard this rendition. It is as beautiful as she is, so sad she no longer performs. ):
