  • How long can sea sponges last?

  • @starfaery .....they last 6 months to a year, depending on your personal flow and how you care for them.

  • I like your accent , where are you from?

  • @bekki2308 Sorry I did not reply before. I am basically from the west coast of the USA Califorina, and Washington state. I live in Utah now.

  • "Yes!" you can make them your self. BUT you can not use just any sponge. It needs to be vary absorbent, very soft, a bit dense. Silken sponges, the natural kind sold at art supply stores work well, not the average sold for washing ones's body, Some are to ruff and would cause abrassions. A sponge can not get lost in side you, Though they take some getting used to. When they are full you feel it. At the end of your cycle they may be harder to reach, but you will be able too. Welcome & Peace

  • great video! i have been using a menstrual cup for several years, but the sponges look very good as well.

  • @FaeIntuitiveClove You can put a sewing thread in the sponge, so it's easier to pull out. Just like a tampon.

  • This was very informative

  • Thanks for sharing, some good ideas here
