@airpeewee The center focus knob focus both sides simultaneously. The diopter adjustment adjusts the right side. To set up, cover the right side and use the center knob to bring something in the distance to maximum sharpness. Then, cover the left side and, without adjusting the center knob, use the diopter adjustment to fine tune the right side. and then lock the diopter setting. Then, whenever you use the center knob, both sides will be perfecty in focus for both eyes. Hope that helps.
