Choice confronts us every day. Guidance that comes from the invisible side of life'both inner and outer'can play an invaluable role. Dr. Carl Jung's concept of synchronicity (meaningful coincidence) is explored in terms of its potential to give us helpful guidance along life's way. Part Two of this book compares the I Ching (an ancient text of Chinese wisdom) to the teaching of Edgar Cayce on those same 64 hexagram themes.

The version of the I Ching'is unique in that it includes supportive parallel material from the Cayce readings. This is not to say that Edgar Cayce ever offered a translation of Taoist philosophy, although he was certainly a supporter of anyone's efforts to draw forth spiritual inspiration from Eastern teachings. What appears, however, as a supplement to each hexagram is some of the best of what the Cayce philosophy has to offer on those same sixty-four archetypal life themes. As you study and apply the hexagram chosen by the coin toss, give equal consideration to the words of wisdom presented in Cayce's teaching.

La idea de "sincronicidad", es de Jung, is very occidental (jajjajaja). ¿Por qué usar este concepto de "sincronicidad" para explicar algo oriental, de 3.000 años de antiguedad?, ¿es para no tener que estudiar la "filosofia" china?. Bien pero,parece I Ching tipo amburguesa, very "fast I ching". Lo de las monedas es reciente y una simplificación.... también y etceteras.... y la idea de metamorfosis, de cambio ¿ is not important? I Ching tipo sicoanálisis jungiano...... nou sankiu...

@IndeedmyFriend I didn't read what GaleZMe wrote, but you describe earlier in your comment exactly that, one's reality tunnel IS the only real one. I know you ask him if this suppose that he must think this way, but you do as well, because it is so. One's reality tunnel is the only real one because it is theirs. Reality is only in our mind and made up in our minds, not out in the exterior. The exterior holds data and our minds turn it into reality. Reality is perception which is subjective.
