New in CINEMA 4D R13 - 1. Introduction

CINEMA 4D Release 13 includes enhanced navigation, an all-new Physical render engine, and powerful new Character Animation tools. Of course, there's also an amazing number of smaller workflow tweaks designed to help you work faster and smarter. This and the subsequent videos will help to acquaint you with all the changes in CINEMA 4D Release 13.

In this video, you'll see the new icon and project preview images, layout tweaks, and the new Sticky Key system. Several GUI elements have been updated, including the Font Chooser, SplineData GUI and Date/Time GUI. There's also been enhancements to the Protection Tag.

@MRawesome689 The standard particle system has been moved to the "Simulate / Particles" menu, part of tidying up the menus as new features get added over time.

@SimpleSabinaPlan In the top right of CINEMA 4D, click on the Layout drop down menu and choose "BP 3D Paint" or "BP UV Edit".

Or, from the main menu, choose "Window / Customization / Layouts" and then either "BP 3D Paint" or "BP UV Edit".

@sindre1106 Do you mean to fade out objects? If yes, add a Display tag. Enable the tag's Use option for Visibility and animate the Visibility percentage.

@Soltrain1983 Every new installed font must appear in Cinema. If not, restart Cinema.

Hello. I have a major problem. Whenever i start C4D it loads up then my computer goes to a complete black screen. A tap a the bottom of my screen pops up and say "Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows(R) stopped responding and has successfully recovered." What do i do. Please answer asap

That hold shortcut thingy is awesome! Other software should do this, it's kinda easy to pickup and much easier to work with once used to it !!! Fonts feature should have been there earlier... such a basic features. Love where you are going guys! Keep the good work.
