This video shows you how to get outside of the "Karachi" map. No "elevators" used, game version is 1.0.184.
Perks you'll need: Lightweight
Equipment you'll need: Sub-machine gun
To make it easier:
- Tactical insertion - one-time "save" to make it easier to re-try
- One Man Army perk - to increase amount of retries to infinite
To make it harder:
- Commando Pro - you won't die from fall damage. Considering you don't have explosives, you won't be able to kill yourself and respawn at flare's location.
After you reach your final destination - roof of the map - you're able to get out of it. Two other videos show two buildings, which can be used as camping spots.

@eXtremeLiMY No idea. Last time I tried it worked just fine. But it was a while ago.
The process is pretty hard, keep trying :D but if they fixed it....
