Love it! FUNKY! Best part...walk, walk, funky kneelift, 2 bodyrolls. The only part that I'd be hesitant to teach my members is the upper body/trunk circles. If any of them have bad bads, the hyperextension wouldn't be good for them. Great job. 2 thumbs up!
