It's 14 Nov 2009 - and this morning I paid a visit to Coalbrookdale to see two pannier tanks - 9400 and 9466 - in action. But wind and rain meant the video camera stayed in the bag. So here's a look at the previous occasion - 9466 on its own, doing OK with 6 coaches... 3 November 2007

    I'm sure they're not all saddos - it's cute when the little ones wave. And I'm guessing it's the people on the train that they're waving at...

    But no, I haven't a clue why.
