Part 1 - Meetup The Suncorp Agile Journey 18 August 2009

The first Brisbane Agile Academy Meetup was held on the 18th of August, 2009. Everyone who attended had the privilege of listening to Jeff Smith (CIO, Suncorp) share how Suncorp has incorporated the Agile methodology over the last 12 months.

As a nation we are rich in resources (iron, coal and other metals), however, this isn't going to last forever. So Jeff started off the session by painting a picture of what the future of Australia could look like. Through knowledge, curiosity, creativity, passion and the ability to solve things, there's potential for us to be a knowledge economy.
