I wrote it mate and it's specifically trying to draw parrelles between the warmongering rhetoric of the Bush administration and Goebbels and the Nazis.

I always like to be careful that peope don't get the wrong idea. but to me the music when I came up with it seemed also to remind me of "mars" from Holsts "the planets suite" and mars being the roman god of war one thing lead to another. I came up with the title. The rest came from that

is asking "Do you want the total war" [..] "War without ANY Boudrys..TOTAL war..
