My video before this shows me pulling chunks of wax from my bee frames, from one of my bee hive boxes. Its hard work getting the beeswax out, melted, filtered and oh... cleaning... cleaning after beeswax is very time consuming. It gets everywhere! Its a messy job. Bee wax gets solid really fast so there is lots of re-melting. I have to melt it between each filtering. This wax shows a raw natural color. There has been NO bleaching or lightening like many commercial waxes go through. I could easily lighten the wax but I prefer natural.

  • What kind of green container was that under the beeswax and where can I get one? I fiddle with silicone molds for my beeswax but I think this would be better,

  • @mts0628

Its a Crafters choice soap mold. They now come in a clear white. It is silicon.

go to wholesalesuppliesplus website. Click on soap making supplies. Then Soap Molds and Cutters. Then Silicon soap molds tray and loaf. Mine are the old color but that is the same thing.

  • @mts0628 Yes they are sturdy, made to hold up to high temperatures and high PH of soap making. I find they work great for beeswax.

  • You seriously amaze me by all the things you do !!! Do you ever have any fun or time to yourself?
