Verse 2:216 mentions the same Jihad, Check 217,

3:56 is about Jesus check 55

3: 55(And it was part of His scheme) when Allah said: 'O Jesus! I will recall you and raise you up to Me and will purify you (of the company) of those who disbelieve, and will set your followers above the unbelievers till the Day of Resurrection. Then to Me you shall return, and I will judge between you regarding what you differed.

2:190 Fight in the way of Allah THOSE WHO FIGHT YOU BUT DO NOT TRANSGRESS. Indeed. Allah DOES NOT LIKE TRANSGRESSORS.

2:191 And kill them wherever you overtake them and expel them from wherever they have expelled you, and fitnah is worse than killing. And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.

That doesn't matter, we all know there are different forms of Jihad, the Hadith are not in conflict with the verses you quoted, these Ahadith are merely mentioning the best of Jihad. The verses you intentionally twisted and misquoted originally mention Jihad in the form of a defensive battle as I'll show in the response.
