it may sound stupid but what i did was watched this vid, then went and played it and i did it first time of trying. Then me being a douche turned my xbox off without saving, but i put it back on and did it staright away again.

Just practice. I know it's shitty advice but that's the only way I managed. Keep your overdrive till you're on the brink of failure and hope and pray lol It took me about 3 weeks and 400 tries but I managed to limp through it, blinking red.

I always had issues with it as well, but through some epiphany I magically was able to. All I can really recommend you do is keep trying and work on speed with how quickly you press the buttons.
