i cannot state enough how important the teaching method itself is. Jodi has the correct approach that allows people to learn this simple yet often overlooked motion: the hoop going over the wrist.

jodi thank you so much for this!! i have been trying to get the isopop down for a while now and within just a couple minutes of practice after watching this vid i did it correctly - from both sides! :) thank you for explaining it so clearly!

after 6 months ago of not hooping and looking for inspiration- it's funny how I found this again and watched you and got inspired again- love the prep work and the clarity of instruction.
