i am studying underaged drinking. and here in america you can't drink till your 21. because the brain is not yet developed all the way and alochol ruins the brain function.

it is but this law isn't clamped well i mean police can't be everywhere, and that is understandable, but the trouble is people don't report it, I think labour should make it easier for people to report drinkers and make them pay. not only does it dirty our streets with foul language and set a bad exaple to the younger population it also increases the crime rate. That IS disgussting
