An excellent video the 1999 Spanish Grand Prix.Mika Hakkinen won here and would go on to win in 2000 making it 3 consecutive Spanish Grands Prix wins as Michael Schumacher looks on to do the same.

It depends, but I agree with you. In spanish GP, prevails the tactic, because there aren't any place to overtake.
PD: I'm spanish, but if you said the truth, I only can affirmate it

heres a boring bit of trivia to go with a boring race, there was only one on track overtaking move, damon hill on barrichello for 7th place and rubens was later disqualified anyway.
