Reabsorption, the regulation of urine osmolarity and action of vasopressin (ADH). Basically, how all the stuff that gets filtered (removed from the blood in the renal corpuscle) gets BACK to the blood a few seconds later.

  • @thriceaweek Solutes are actively reabsorbed in the thick assending limb via the NKCC2 transporter :)

  • @Prathmesh77 she just means percentage points, not percentage of the remenant. Additionally she clarifies it later.

    It's a mistake to say 19% of 20% filtrate is reabsorbed...i watched it again and again and im sure she actually says 19% of 20% is gonna reabsorbed..she should say of all 20% filtrate nearly 99% of it is reabsorbed which is right technically.
