iTunes Glitch

I have been having an issue with iTunes since at least Tiger. I remember having this glitch with a Powermac G5 running tiger, AL iMac 2.4ghz running leopard, and now with my MBP running leopard and now running snow leopard. I have always experienced this issue. Anyone have any ideas?

Do you experience this issue as well?

The issue seems to occur when I have iTunes hidden and then Command + Tab to the iTunes icon, or when I expose to iTunes when it's hidden. This glitch even happens on a fresh install of Snow Leopard or Leopard.
