The 'beefyboyz' as we knew it is no longer. The site has been down for months and nothing indicates it will ever come back. So, without news from the founder and not willing to recycle again and again old pictures why not search for the one that could take the place?
At around 260lbs and with 21" guns Beefy Rick could easily claim it.

@weedermann beauty is in the eye of the beholder of what they think of another's physical appearance to be "perfect", but all those things aside I understand what you mean of health issues etc

@VayuPurana A huge gut is hardly physical perfection. Much more of a potential health risk. Rick might consider reducing it. Heaven knows the fat content and colonies of bad things waiting to let themselves be known. Still, I agree that the other elements are beautiful, especially the pectorals.
