Clinton signed many bills that caused the current financial crisis. The bills he signed made it so future presidents could spend how they want and the fed could abuse it's power. Clinton is by far the worst modern day president.

Well the real question isn't whether Bush is the worst president of the last fifty years, or even the worst of all time. The real question is where the Bush presidency ranks among the greatest mistakes America ever made. Disgraces like slavery and Vietnam are in a league of their own, but the Bush presidency isn't that far behind. No president had ever screwed up two wars before, and none have ever tarnished the country's name so badly.
