The first couple of clips up today are simply here to put them up. Unfortunately, it doesn't mean an Averno top ten is in the near future.

Averno sets up Mistico for the Devil Wings, but after already getting planted with the move earlier in the night, Mistico is able to counter the move in a spectacular manner.

  • Isn't Averno the guy from Team Mexico at TNA world cup 2008?

  • I believe he was, along with Ultimo Guerrero, and Rey Bucanero as well, IIRC.

  • Any reason the commentary is in Japanese?

  • No idea, as neither Mistico or Averno would wrestle in Japan until four years after this match.

  • LOOOL I didn't actually mean How, I meant it as a Rhetorical Question.

  • @TheSuicidalDragon lucha has a good following in japan and often the matches will be dubbed by local language commentators 8D

  • Wow, a great transitioned Fujiwara Armbar counter.

  • After watching this counter, my shoulder is seperated now.

  • yes dragon yes!!!

  • i miss CMLL!

  • Yeah, he starts into the counter sequence before Mistico does anything. It's still 90% awesome. If Mistico swivels his hips or kicks a leg or something like that to initiate the counter, it'd be perfect.

  • CMLL on japanese, funny, amazing counter BTW.

  • It is Japanese right?
